How do I change the default __MyCompanyName__ in Xcode?

Add the following information to the com.apple.Xcode.plist file using Property List Editor:

PBXCustomTemplateMacroDefinitions - Dictionary
ORGANIZATIONNAME String MyNewCompanyName
