How to determine Project Woodstock components version in Netbeans

This is just a simple explanation of how to determine which version of Project Woodstock components you are using in Netbeans. This question often comes up when you are posting to the Project Woodstock or netbeans forums. The Woodstock components are organized into jar files which have a MANIFEST.MF file inside.
